I didn’t get into the wedding industry because I was the little girl dreaming of her wedding day. I’m in this line of work because I love story-telling, I adore a good love story, and I like people who want to laugh and have a great time. I believe that life is short and memories are worth capturing beautifully. Wedding photography is all of the good things at once; every time I go to work, it’s the best day of someone’s life. How cool is that?
When I’m not shooting, editing, or texting/ Facetiming/DMing/emailing with my clients, you can find me on the couch with my husband in our Avondale home, watching too much reality television. One of my favorite ways to get to learn about you is to hear what you’re watching on tv! Love Island? Real Housewives? Re-watching Suits? Every spin off of 90 Day Fiancé?

I care about your wedding day as much as you do. Seriously. It’s crucial for me to get to know each of my clients on an individual level and as a couple so that I can do my best work! She can’t type, but if she could, she’d tell you that she’s the cutest coworker a photographer could have. I saved her from a barn during an Ohio snowstorm 17 years ago, and she repays me by puking on my favorite rug. Celia enjoys shouting at squirrels through window screens, shredding paper bags and finding that perfect patch of morning light.

He’s my best bud and my favorite human and we got married this year! Planning a destination wedding together was a blast, and I loved getting the inside scoop on what my clients are really experiencing as they wedding plan!

He’s wildly funny and a talented painter (yes, I’m biased, but it’s still true!) and I feel like the luckiest person alive to get to eat tacos with Zach for the rest of my life. Being surrounded by art at home and in life, I am constantly inspired to create heirloom images from every day moments, big and small.
