Rainy Day Engagement Session

This rainy day engagement session at North Avenue Beach wasn’t planned. Okay, the session was planned, but the cruddy weather? Not so much. After already postponing their engagement session once because of cruddy weather, Sam + Chelsea decided we’d do their session no matter what. Up until the moment we pulled into the parking lot at North Avenue Beach, the weather looked fine- and then the skies opened up! We decided to make the best of it, pulled the clear umbrellas out of my trunk, and made magic! Since Sam proposed to Chelsea on a day with cruddy weather, and they’re getting married in March in Chicago, these two are used to making the best out of a rainy day.
